Kingshuk Ganguly is a consultant specialising in facilitation, assessment and coaching. In his corporate life of two decades, Kingshuk has played various roles beginning with Plant Maintenance, Sales, Relationship Management, Collections, Underwriting and Leadership Development across industries (Steel, Heavy Engineering, Financial Services, Outsourcing and Life Insurance). In his last role, Kingshuk was VP & Head (Organisation Development) at Bharti AXA Life Insurance Company Limited, based out of Mumbai. Their team was responsible for Performance Management, Learning, Talent Management, Internal Communication and Culture in the organization of 6000 employees across 180 locations. Before AXA, he has worked with Fidelity Investments, GE, L&T and Tube Investments. At the workplace, his contribution has been around lead roles in set up of Training Centres (L&T and GE), Leadership Development Programs (GE, Fidelity, AXA) and as a team member in design and rollout of Assessment Centres (GE, Fidelity and AXA). Kingshuk is an Electrical Engineer and an MBA in Finance from S P Jain Institute Of Management & Research, Mumbai. He has completed Advanced Lab in Human Process at Indian Society of Applied Behavioral Science (ISABS) and The Tavistock Institute Of Human Relations (UK).

Kingshuk is an ex NTL member and a Graduate of the EMPRETEC Program (Geneva, 2013). EMPRETEC is UNCTAD's flagship capability program, that has been implemented across 35 countries over the last 20 years. He is a RESULTS Certified Coach (accredited by the International Coach Federation), besides trained on Feedback Coaching from Centre for Creative Leadership (Singapore). While in GE, he was certified on Facilitation Skills from GE Crotonville and Green Belt on Six Sigma Quality. Currently, some of the coaching clients manage portfolios ranging from USD 100 million to US 350 million. He is certified on multiple instruments (MBTI Step II, HOGAN’s, Workplace Big 5, BELBIN Team Role, Thomas Profiling, KEYS To Creativity and SKILLSCOPE) and this has been used for team building, New Leader Onboarding, Team redesign as well as in Assessments in IT, BPO, Retail and Life Insurance companies. In 2008, he was selected as a Fellow, The Wharton School (US). He is also a recipient of `The Elfun India Recognition Award’ from Mr Scott Bayman, President – GE India, for meritorious service to an NGO (supporting education of Spastic children), besides winner of the APAC Award (among eight countries) at AXA Life (Hong Kong) for deploying feedback culture at Bharti AXA Life (India).

Wg Cdr Ganguly (Retd) served the Indian Air Force for more than 30 years. During this period, he served in various Flying and other Units across the country in various roles in Administration, besides allied duties in Security, Intelligence and Air Traffic Control. He was commended twice for his meritorious service. In his second innings (after retirement), WgCdrGanguly was the Administrative Head of South Point High School for more than 13 years. South Point is one of the largest schools in the world (12000 students and 500 teaching and non - teaching staff).

At South Point, Wg Cdr Ganguly made path breaking innovations on governance and student safety on a 24 * 7 basis. His military experience in Human Management during war (1971) and peace time along with experience in South Point has made him immensely proficient in dealing with all kinds of situations. He brings decades of experience in Interview, Assessment and Selection across functions and geography. WgCdrGanguly has PG qualifications in Personnel Management from FMS (Delhi University) and PG Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from BhartiyaVidyaBhavan. (Location - KOLKATA).

Gary has worked and lived on four continents as a CEO for Hallmark Cards and Textron companies. He also served as the Managing Director-Europe for Sales and Marketing across 10 European subsidiaries of Hallmark Cards. He brings a truly global mindset to his international practice, coaching the Chairmen, CEOs and other senior executives of Fortune 500 companies around the world. He is based in Manhattan in the USA, and spends about three-quarters of his time travelling the world serving the needs of his global clients.

Gary is one of the pioneers of the coaching profession, having been approached by General Electric in 1989 to be one of Jack Welch’s first change agents. He was charged with helping top managers to consider behavioral and management changes in style, which eventually became known as ‘executive coaching’.

Significant frequency of coaching contact with Gary over a longer period of time is an integral part of his clients' success. Most people find Gary's coaching the most intense developmental learning experience of their life. He helps leaders develop global mindset so they are able to step beyond their own base culture to lead successfully in today's hyper-connected business environment.

Gary's first book Political Dilemmas at Work is a practical guide to surviving negative political situations at work. His 2014 book Global Mindset Leadership: Navigating China and US Business Cultures has been described by both Chinese and Western leaders as helpful, accurate and even-handed.

His 2015 book Global Mindset Coaching is about the globalization of business and the role of coaching in developing managers' global mindset. In the Fall of 2015 Gary will publish a novel based on his ancestors' lives in the San Francisco, California area following the Gold Rush of the mid-1850's. Gary has begun work on his 2016 book Global Mindset Management which will be a compilation of chapters authored by global CEOs.

Milind Chalisgaonkar is management consultant / independent director / mentor with experience in Insurance, BPO, Call center, Software, Manufacturing & Banking sectors. He has the experience of turning a business around as well as growing new businesses at a rapid pace. Milind is currently Country Advisor (India) for AXA group. He was the Interim CEO at Bharti AXA Life Insurance Co. from Dec 2010 to June 2011. Prior to this, as the founding CEO Milind was responsible for the formation and launch of Bharti AXA General Insurance Co, a joint venture between Bharti Group & AXA Group (one of the largest insurance companies in the world). The company was incorporated in 2007, and business was successfully launched in 2008. By mid-2009 the company had grown to 1000 staff across 35 offices with revenue run-rate of Rs 2000 million / annum. He was also Member of the Regional Management Board of AXA Asia General Insurance, responsible for IT, Processing & Claims across Asia. From 2003 to 2006 he was the Managing Director of AXA Business Services, the BPO & Analytics operation of AXA Group in India. AXA Business Services had over 2200 staff across four sites in Bangalore and Pune; providing back office, call center, analytics and finance / accounting services to a number of AXA entities around the globe.Prior to this he was the founding CEO of MphasiS BPO (MsourcE India), providing outsourced remote services like call centers, Help desks, email response etc.

The operations started in 1999 and grew to 2500 staff by year 2003. MsourcE team was one of the pioneers in the BPO industry and implemented a number of innovative solutions in the area of technology / HR practices / workplace productivity / workforce management etc. At MphasiS (now MphasiS EDS) he was the President (India Operations) from 1998 to 2000 and was responsible for setting up and leading the software development teams across Mumbai & Pune. He also managed several important projects in the financial services domain, deploying multi-tier web-enabled technology architecture. He was the President of H & R Johnson, the leading ceramic tile manufacturing company from 1993 to 1998. His team implemented a financial and cultural turn-around, improved manufacturing practices, revived old manufacturing facilities and built a state-of-the-art tile plant at a green field site. From 1989 to 1993 Milind was managing large software projects at Citibank India. This included complete re-write of the banking software platform including internet banking, phone banking and 24-hour access. Milind is B.Tech (Ceramics) from Institute of Technology at Banaras Hindu University. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) from XLRI, Jamshedpur with 1st rank. He specialized in Marketing and Systems. Milind’s personal interests include Indian music, trekking and reading.

Kavitha Alva is an HR consultant and Coach, based out of Mumbai. She specialises in facilitation (classroom and outbound) having worked across India with clients across various industries (FMCG, Media, Banking, Engineering and Pharmaceutical, IT).
